The apartment is part of a large complex consisting of thirty apartments so safety is very good and small issues associated with living in a house are taken care of. These include security, rubbish, maintenance, etc. The apartment is on a bus route to town and is conveniently located just 5 minutes from the Ruben Director and other brothers on the Ruben staff. A shopping centre with supermarket, restaurants and other facilities is a 30-minute walk away or short car ride.
