Elizabeth Kagwima is the Head of the Human Development and Skills Training Program at Ruben Centre, where she has served since 2012. With over 22 years of experience in vocational training and community empowerment, she is passionate about equipping young people and women with practical skills, entrepreneurship knowledge, and pathways to sustainable employment.

Elizabeth leads programmes that empower individuals to start businesses, secure decent jobs, and build self-reliance through market-driven skills training. She believes that creating economic opportunities transforms lives, strengthens families, and contributes to resilient communities.
