Mercy Mwongeli Maingi joined Ruben Centre as the People and Culture Manager in May 2026. She is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) with over eight years of experience across the healthcare, manufacturing, and non-profit sectors. Mercy holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management and is passionate about building a positive, people-centred workplace where staff feel valued and empowered. Guided by Ruben Centre's values of Presence, Liberation, and Compassion, she is committed to strengthening organisational culture, developing talent, and supporting the organisation's mission of transforming lives.
