From vibrant vocational training at Ruben B to new initiatives like podcasting, catering, and digital literacy, the program is empowering youth to become self-reliant. On July 3, 2024, Ruben Centre’s Vocational Training Centre, popularly known as the Human Development and Skills Training Programs (HDSTP), officially relocated to the newly established Simbi Complex, also known as Ruben B, situated less than one kilometer from the Centre’s original premises. While the transition presented its share of challenges, Ruben Centre’s management supported the move wholeheartedly, aiming to expand opportunities for youth empowerment and to create additional space for a broader range of courses.

GIZ Innovation Fund Award Ceremony: Circular Urban Garden Takes the Prize
On Wednesday, June 5th, our Director had the honor of attending the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) event to receive the winner's trophy for the Development Agency's International Innovation Award.
